Owner Anthony Tarricone

Anthony is a seasoned local entrepreneur with strong success in transforming underperforming businesses into profitable ventures.

A former senior executive for Halsted Company, owner /operator of more than 100 service stations, storage terminals and retail organizations, Anthony established his own consulting firm in 1993. Since then, his T2 Business Development Company has helped advertising, automotive, food processing, hospitality and health and fitness businesses realize their full potential.

Anthony's business-building acumen extend to a variety of industries, from self-storage to the food business and beyond.

Also a dedicated amateur athlete and an avid fan, he inspires his four children to achieve their personal best.

Through Equalize, he brings the same passion for sport and fitness to his many friends and neighbors.

Owner John Ryan

John has spent his entire career in the fitness industry, with a special emphasis on gymnastics for children. Known as the powerhouse behind the long-standing success of Gym Cats, in continuous operation since 1995, John previously ran the program at J & J Gymnastics in Westchester. He coached teams and prepared young athletes for competition in several sports and at many different venues, from summer camps to major gymnastics centers.

John holds a USAG Certification, and a Safety Certification in CPR/AED from the American Red Cross.
