I have been a leader in fitness for over 8 years, as a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. I also hold certificates in zumba, turbo kick, and cycling from the American Fitness Association of America (AFAA). My passion for exercise is beyond ones imagination. I love what I do and I wake up everyday ready to do it all again.

Mary Ann

Since 2006, I have been teaching pilates, yoga, step, body conditioning, and Zumba in fitness centers throughout Westchester County.  I am certified by American Aerobics and Fitness Association, Yogafit, Zumba, and Powerhouse Pilates.  I am also CPR-AED certified.  Group fitness is my passion.  I love to dance, workout, and generally have a good time while doing it!  Every member of the class offers support, energy, and positive thought for the entire group.  I seek to motivate each person to bring his or her best to the class and to work to toward his or her potential.

Rich 

 I am a certified Spinning instructor and I emphasize strength and endurance through interval training.  I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in deep tissue, trigger point and Swedish Massage modalities.  I’ve worked in this capacity for a number of elite women’s professional cycling teams since 2006.

Liz 

I have been an instructor for over 20 years in the fitness industry. I teach Body Sculpting and Cardio Classes, including Step, Aerobics and Kick Boxing.  I am certified through AFAA and have promoted healthy living and positive body image at health fairs statewide.

Amy 

Amy is a pathologist assisant by day and a body pump, spin instructor, and salsa dancer at night. She has been taking body pump since 2003 and became an instructor 2011. "Body pump is my favorite group exerise class, I have seen dramatic results over the years. So excited to share the program and the results with everyone".

Anna 

As a ballet dancer, Anna was first exposed to Pilates as a rehabilitation tool. She became certified through Linda Farrell's mat certification program in February 2010, and continues to expand her knowledge through CE courses.  Anna is currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Hunter College through the CUNY Graduate Center.  She loves incorporating her PT education to make her classes dynamic and exciting.

Ellen  

 Ellen Oster received her 500 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Certifiacation in 2002 and has been a teaching yoga since then. She brings a solid knowledge of movement and anatomy from her background as a dancer and choreographer, enabling her to explain the basics of asana alignment. Ellen is also trained and certified in Ancient Thai Yoga Massage and holds a 2nd degree in Reiki Healing.  She brings her calming and healing energy into her classes asking her student to give themselves permission to relax and connect with the sensation of the flow of energy within their body. Ellen has and continues to study with master teachers such as Alan Finger, Rod Stryker, Rodney Yee, Shiva Rae, Sharon Salzberg and has taught at Be Yoga, Yogaworks, Sage Yoga studios as well as private sessions.  She brings a fresh and vibrant energy into her classes. Believing in the amazing transformation yoga practitioners experience as they continue their journey through the physical practice and daily meditation keeps Ellen dedicated to the practice.

Nidia Portillo

Certified through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America  in Group Fitness and Personal Training. MAD DOGG certified for Spinning. CPR certified.

Nidia Portillo has been teaching fitness for 20 years. She has worked at varies clubs within the Westchester area as well as working with clients within their homes. She has always had a passion for fitness and always gives a 100% or more to help others feel good after a class or Personal Training session.
