BODYPUMP TM is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.This 60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Band Camp. A unique sculpting, class that incorporates resistance tubing and bands to create a dynamic, and challenging workout. Build lean, functional muscles, and a killer midsection while also focusing on balance and stability.
Cardio Core. This class is a full body workout concentrating on strengthening the core. It will use body weight exercises along with light weights to firm and reshape the body. All with a cardio pace to get the heart rate up and burn calories.
Cardio Dance. Different style dance moves choreographed into low-and-mixed routines.
Cardio Kickboxing. Traditional kickboxing moves are performed continuously to develop cardiovascular fitness, agility and quickness.
Cardio Sculpt. Creative and Fun workout alternating between cardio drills and strength training intervals. This overall body training session is designed to burn the maximum amount of calories.
Cycling. Try a challenging fifty-five minute stationary cycling class that utilizes various training techniques and motivational strategies to stimulate actual riding experiences.
EQ Sampler. This 55-minute class, perfect for people looking to try something new, features five different group exercise class styles. Participants will learn the basic elements needed for each class type, while also getting an invigorating cardio and strength workout.
Hatha Yoga. This form of yoga incorporates an eclectic blend of two or more yoga styles, while focusing on posture and breathing. Along with promoting relaxation, it develops muscular strength, suppleness, and flexibility.
Kick/Sculpt. Traditional kickboxing moves are performed continuously to develop cardiovascular fitness, agility and quickness. This workout uses weights and/or bodybars to promote muscular endurance, flexibility and body alignment.
Mind Body Strength and Stretch. A combination of Pilates Format, Strength and Stretch to strengthen abdominals, to reduce stress, increase mobility and improve day-to-day activities through functional movement.
Pilates Fusion. Fluid workout that targets arms, legs, and core muscles to intensify mat work with a Fitness circle, Flex-bands, light weights, to create an intense total body workout.
Step. A low-impact workout using adjustable step platforms.
Step Interval. This class alternates step choreography with strength training exercises for a total body workout.
Total Body Toning. This workout uses weights and/or body bars to promote muscular endurance, flexibility, and body alignment.
Ultimate Body Conditioning. A total body workout using weights, bars, steps, and cardio intervals to develop cardiovascular fitness, agility and muscular endurance.
Zumba Dance. Zumba is a fusion of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps to the tune of Latin and International music. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms.
